I'm not a fan of the Tomb Raider gamer, I never really played them. But I've always loved Lara Croft's look and the fact that she's a badass woman. :D

I painted this for two reasons, one, as a present for a fellow Deviant who won a kiriban ages ago, we became pals after that and now I can finally give her this as a present! She is a HUGE Tomb Raider fan, check out her gallery. One of her photos served me as reference for the pose! :iconfrutodetuimaginacion:

Two, as a display image for a Video Game Expo they're doing here in my city in November. It'll be awesome! :iconnaviplz:

I should play them, people have asked me to cosplay Lara before and I've never done it because I feel it's better to cosplay characters you love, right? XD

I completely agree. :) However, even if you don't care about Lara at all, it's the games that are the main focus. ;) Lots of puzzles to challenge your mind and exploring various landscapes. It's much fun. :aww:
